Description
Effectiveness of rural primary health care programs was measured in terms of patient access to medical care, stability of the health care programs, and the impact of program on those they served. General topics investigated in the surveys included program developmental methods, administrative structure, community setting, provider characteristics, financial policy, range of services offered, and consumer satisfaction.
