This OASIS site, designed by the Office of Health Information and Policy, Division of Public Health, Georgia Department of Human Resources, is developed and maintained by the University of Georgia, Information Technology Outreach Service (ITOS).

Purpose

With this tool you can map Georgia birth and death vital statistics, and Georgia Cancer Registry statistics by county for the years specified. Users can choose from a set of measures such as number and percent of births that are low birthweight, infant mortality rates, or number and rate of heart disease mortality. Data can be selected by race. Multiple selects can be made by holding down the control or shift keys.

Infant Deaths: Map number or rate of infant deaths by age at death and cause. Cancer Morbidity: Map number or rate of cancer morbidity from the Georgia Cancer Registry.
